Things going well so far. JJ has been amazing to work with and I can't wait to continue the process until all my cupboards are tidy and my whole house has been transformed!

​ JJ did a great job cleaning my windows, screens and blinds, as well as my baseboards and interior doors. My blinds looked band new after she was through. She is very thorough and efficient, always on time and professional. She goes above and beyond and will wipe down and dust other things along the way, but will always check with you on what you would like done. She was also very kind to my dog who was nosey and constantly getting in the way, which I really appreciated! I would highly recommend her and will be using her again in the future to help with those deep cleaning jobs that seem to get neglected in a busy household.

 
Our complex consists of 3 buildings containing 175 units.  JJ cleans all 3 buildings which includes daily vacuuming of the hallways, wiping down windows, ledges, elevators, buttons on all floors and keeping the walls clean. She vacuums, mops and waxes the lobbies and cleans the front entrances to the buildings.Our complex is surrounded by a golf course and Jeanine is responsible for maintaining the landscaping as well, including planting and weeding, maintaining the fountain, the dog park and the irrigation ."

JJ diligently maintains not only the grounds but the common areas of each of the condominioms 3 buildings like they are her own. I often ask myself, is there anything this women cannot do? I have seen her planting new plants, re directing placement of existing plants and shrubs for both esthetic or plant survival reasons due to irrigation or growing needs, digging ditches for fountain installation, painting common areas, plastering and refinishing of underground parking lobbies, snow removal both motorized and manual, weeding, edging, lawn mowing, turf removal and placement, vacuuming, window washing, floor waxing, sanitizing garbage disposal bins, fall clean up and garden preparation seasonally. She just does it all and it is appreciated by all of us here.
